Kitap Hakkında
Arbitration has become an increasingly common method of dispute resolution. The primary reason for this is that arbitration can resolve disputes faster and more efficiently than other dispute resolution methods. To make arbitration more successful, it is necessary to examine the expectations on arbitration. This study examines these expectations from different perspectives. The parties, arbitrators, counsel, and the arbitral institutions all play important roles in arbitration proceedings. Therefore, it is useful to consider the issue from the perspectives of these actors and institutions involved in the arbitration to determine their expectations. Furthermore, for arbitration to be successful, it is important that the courts are arbitration-friendly. This study analyzes all these expectations and provides recommendations for arbitration practice
