Turkish Criminal Procedure Code has been enacted in 2004 and is in force since June, 1.2005.The Bill of a Turkish Criminal Procedure Code had been translated by me already in 2003 and then rewieved in 2007.Jelani Jefferson Exum, Associate Professor of Law at Kansas University, School of Law has edited this translation.
